Terms of use
Last updated: 28 October 2026
Draft. This text is a draft and is not final yet.
These terms are the agreement between [Company name] (org. no. [org. no.]), “we”, and the company that uses Givvigo, “you”.
1. Who can use Givvigo
Givvigo is for businesses. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 and have the right to accept these terms for your company.
2. The service
Givvigo is a simple digital sales secretary: customers, cases, activities, offers and a daily list of what to do. It is an early version. Features may change, and we may add or remove things as we learn.
3. Free trial and Free plan
A new account starts with a free trial of 14 days, counted from when you confirm your email address. When the trial ends, the account continues on the Free plan at no charge.
We may introduce paid plans or limits in the future. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before anything that affects you, and you will never be charged unless you have clearly agreed to a paid plan.
4. Your account
Give correct information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the team members you add. Tell us quickly at tomdeng0611@gmail.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
5. Your data
The data you put into Givvigo belongs to you. You give us the right to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy.
You are responsible for having the right to store the personal data you enter about your customers and contacts, and for following the law when you contact them (for example data protection and marketing rules).
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use Givvigo for anything unlawful, misleading or abusive, or to send spam;
- send offers to people who have no business reason to receive them;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or to reach another company’s data;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or use bots or scraping on it;
- share your login with people outside your company.
7. Offers you send
When you send an offer, you are the sender. The content and the commercial terms are between you and your customer; we are not a party to that agreement. We try to deliver emails but cannot guarantee that they arrive or are read.
8. AI suggestions
AI suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. They are only suggestions: you decide what to do. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on them.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep Givvigo running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may do maintenance. Keep your own copy of anything important; you can ask us for an export of your data.
10. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or NOK 1,000 if you have paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for intent or gross negligence.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Givvigo at any time and ask us to close your account and delete your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk; where reasonable we will warn you first.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree you can close your account.
13. Law and disputes
Norwegian law applies. Disputes go to the Norwegian courts, unless mandatory rules say otherwise.
